MARKET REMAINS BUOYANT AT HARBOURSIDE
Harbourside apartments have been selling well over the summer. Crest Nicholson has seen sales on average of one apartment a week at their central waterside location. Eight sales have been achieved in as many weeks.
September looks set to outstrip this trend with four sales achieved in the first week of the month.
