New Harbourside restaurant is a home from home

Developer Crest Nicholson Regeneration has signed a 20 year lease with The Living Room Group Ltd at a rent of £152,900 (equating to £25 psf) for a prime unit at their £350 million Harbourside development in Bristol.
The Living Room Restaurant and Bar – which will occupy 6,215 sq ft – joins an impressive line-up of retail, leisure and restaurant operators including Marks & Spencer, Ibis Hotel, Gala Casinos, Fitness First and Pizza Express.
Deborah Aplin, Managing Director of Crest Nicholson Regeneration, commented: “The Living Room letting further enhances Harbourside's reputation as Bristol's top leisure destination where visitors of all ages can enjoy high quality restaurants alongside iconic tourist attractions such as At-Bristol and the ss Great Britain.”

The Living Room restaurant and piano bar is currently operating in 13 major cities across the UK including London, Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham and Liverpool, with a new venue opening at thehub:mk in Milton Keynes this summer. The Bristol restaurant, which is situated in a prominent location with frontage to Millennium Square, is due to open its doors in August.
This is the latest signing in a long line of prestigious lettings at the 16 acre waterfront site, which continues to thrive. Last month, Crest Nicholson Regeneration announced a deal with Pizza Express for a 3,000 sq ft unit and a new Chinese restaurant, Zen, opened in April.
