PENTHOUSE LIVING AT HARBOURSIDE

Home buyers can experience life in a luxurious penthouse on Bristol's Harbourside when a new show apartment opens in The Crescent building on Saturday (April 19).

The sixth floor penthouse apartment is in Pennant House, which forms the curve of The Crescent building, overlooking landscaped open space being created on Bristol's historic harbourside.

Developers Crest Nicholson (Regeneration) called in Vogue Interiors to create a stunning look for the show apartment, demonstrating the lifestyle of having a home in the heart of the city.

The show apartment has two bedrooms but there are also one and three bedroom apartments available at Harbourside in both Pennant House and adjoining Halyard House.

Prices range from £230,000 for a ground floor one-bedroom apartment to £465,000 for the most expensive three-bedroom top floor accommodation. The stylish collection of homes being created is being released in seven phases and will include four villas.

The apartments are equipped with luxury fittings including Vileroy and Boch sanitaryware in the bathrooms and De Dietrich appliances in the kitchen.

Harbourside is just yards from Bristol city centre and Park Street and has its own Marks and Spencer Simply Food store just a few steps from the apartments. There are also coffee bars, the new Chinese restaurant Zen, a Fitness First gym and casino that are all opened as part of the development.

To view the new show apartment simply call in at The Crescent Marketing Suite, which is open seven days a week 10 am to 5pm or call 0117 9088888. More information is available on www.harbourside.co.uk.
