EASY BUY EASES JOHN'S MOVE TO HARBOURSIDE
First time buyer John Malone has taken advantage of Crest Nicholson's Easy Buy scheme at their Harbourside development in the centre of Bristol.
John has bought a two bedroom apartment in The Crescent building with views over the city docks and the ss Great Britain.
The Easy Buy scheme has been specifically designed to help people get onto the property ladder. The scheme allows purchasers to own 100% of their home but only pay 75% of the price now. It is not a shared ownership scheme.

Under the Easy Buy scheme it is possible to purchase a one bedroom apartment for £138,750 instead of £185,000 and a two bedroom apartment for £176,250 instead of £235,000.
